Htc evo full flash

i'm not able to fully flash htc evo whit cdmaws 3.8.7 when i write evodo setting it still don't get internet can any one help me out please

Is this an EVO 4G or EVO 4g LTE?

evo 4g flashed to boost, NO 3G icon and no browsing! what is the deal? What am I missing?
