HTC One S - APN Problems - Android 4.0 - Tmobile - Simple Mobile

My customer has an HTC One S from T-Mobile that he is using on Simple Mobile. He recently installed the update to Android 4.0 and now the APN will not stay on Simple Mobile. You change it and it just changes back to the default T-Mobile APN. You used to be able to fix this with APN Manager by deleting the T-Mobile APNs, however, I get an error with A4 that says 3rd party apps cannot change APN settings. Has anyone figured out a fix for this?

Google change the who game with 4.0. It now got some type of check system that why it reverts back.
