I'm currently in the tool, at the section of "write PRL" so I click the "write PRL" button, and then a dialogue box will open for me to select carrier. What's happening is it opens to a file window for windows. Now my session seems to have timed out again. This is frustrating. I'm almost done. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Well, I've been waiting for at least an hour for you to help me. I went ahead and used another .prl file, since I can't find one for 25413. I clicked on a another .prl number (35512) it said it read the prl successfully. The Cricket logo shows up on my phone, but when I try to call a number, a Cricket recording plays saying "your account could not be activated".

So what do I need to do to get my phone to work???

Please. Someone. Help.
