Ash a Verizon or sprint iPhone to Verizon prepaid services. Also can the iPad be flashed too. I really would like to buy this software if that's possible. Any help would be appreciated.

The genius bar replacement iPhones have their MEID in all supported carriers' databases. You could conceivably want to use one on a different carrier than what it is locked to, without having to worry about the MEID.
