Flashed Sprint iPhone 4 to Pageplus

I flashed a sprint iPhone 4 to Pageplus using the tool and I got talk and text but no data. When I click on safari it get "unable to activate cellular data network" can someone please help?

Edit: New bundle uploaded to the tool that provisions the sprint one for pp.all you need to do is load the bundle,then write the prl,then write the sid,then unplug and ota,thats it. Do not write any user names or pass's the bundle writes all this for you.
