hack user name neighbor wireless, has foul words

The neighbor by my store has "F--k You" as his user name on his home wifi. The trouble is when a customer comes in and we show them how to connect to wifi those words pop up. Anybody have a way to hack that wifi user name.

you would have to have or get the modems password and login credentials kirk.why dont you just call the cops on him? and ask them to talk with him and say that people in the neiborhood are complaining because it is visible to there kids and biz's

Rich, theres an apartment complex behind my store so not sure who it is. Marley not sure of the type of security.

i would still call them and make a report,let them do there job and find out who it is for you. im sure you know but fyi hacking into his modem is illegal. you probly got alot more to loose than he does.

Or maybe you can have your customers select your ssid manually to prevent them from viewing the vulgarity.
