I actually figured it out so everyone it needs to be added to a cricket account and then *228 will work

i cant for the life of me get the prl to stick. followed the directions perfectly, dont lose signal when the flag is switched to on. Even tried open ssh, this is on 4.2.6 any other tips? Im about to restore the phone and start over should i use the oem 4.2.6 or rich's modded one?

remove any and all tether or tetherme apps then reinstall it then try again-- or restore with a custom ipsw then add the repo sinfuliphonerepo.com get and dl the TetherMe app from there,then try to load your prl again
