What version of RSD Lite are you using? With my experience I have to use a lower version such as 4.3 or 4.1 to flash Moto Q's successfully, you can also try to flash it with the Alltel Upgrade to at least get it out of bootloader.

But I got it all goin and was doin ok till the end and it failed and now I can't get it out of bootloader mode. Can any1 tell me how to get the out of bootloader mode so I can flash this phone?

just relfash the monster on there and it should fix it. I use RSD lite 3.4, lately i've had alot of faliing Q's too not sure what the deal is, never had the problem before.
I got it. I was using rsd lite 4.5.5 and down graded to 4.0 and it worked. Kinda weird I had to downgrade but it worked. thx for the input
Yeah Q's are screwy sometimes I keep both copy's handy just in case
You could have also used the same version of RSD Lite that you were using and put the alltell customer upgrade file and then verizon monster file that should have taken care of it
