Sprint Galax Note3 and Mega - no Data - any clues?

Does anybody know how to get 3G working on the Galaxy Note3 or Mega phones? (these have Sprint SIM cards) but not sure if they are needed to get talk and 3G working..

note 3 and mega are simple phones to flash,just send spc and then 16 digit pass, set to nv only, reboot it and then send spc and 16 digit pass again and then flash like any other phone.

wireless workshop is the easiest to use you can also use cdma workshop or dfs
